We’re thrilled to share the exciting news that Old Trident Andy Reid (Blake 1995-2002) has written his debut book, Success Curious: How to Define and Achieve High Performance, now available for pre-sale on Amazon.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Andy has built an inspiring career as an award-winning property auctioneer and successful businessman, having operated a $13M business by the age of 21! In 2023, he expanded his mission to inspire others by launching the podcast High Performance Humans, and his latest venture takes this vision even further.

In Success Curious, Andy breaks down high performance into four key elements: Success, Connection, Influence, and Happiness. With a focus on human behaviours, both others’ and his own, he provides actionable insights and strategies to help readers achieve balance and growth across these areas.

A champion for mental health, Andy was inspired to write the book to help normalise conversations around mental wellbeing in society. He has drawn on his personal and professional experience to offer readers a practical guide to redefining and reaching their full potential.

Reflecting on his time at school, Andy credits his former teacher and Housemaster, Tony Rolt, as a key source of inspiration, fostering his curiosity and drive for personal and professional excellence.

With plans for an audiobook, Andy is also preparing for a 2025/26 visit to the UK, and we are delighted at the prospect of welcoming Andy back to Trent. He’s eager to share his journey and experiences with current pupils, inspiring the next generation to explore their own potential and embrace high performance.

For now, we encourage you to pre-order Andy’s book, tune into his Podcast and join us in celebrating his incredible achievements so far.
