An unforgettable evening awaits at the Old Tridents Society ‘Homecoming’ Dinner.
Hosted at Trent College by the celebrated broadcaster, musician and Sunday Times bestselling author Myleene Klass MBE, whose career across television, radio and live events has made her one of the UK’s most recognisable media personalities.
Guests can look forward to a wonderful evening of fabulous entertainment, excellent dining and the opportunity to reconnect with friends and contemporaries from across the Trent community.
A very special Homecoming
This year's dinner will take place in a more intimate setting, creating a relaxed and personal evening for guests to reconnect, reminisce and enjoy the company of friends old and new.
Your evening will begin in the Chapel,
welcomed by Trent College musicians.
Drinks Reception served in the Devonshire Library,
the school’s original dining hall.
Dinner served in the Prince Obolensky Building,
the school’s modern dining hall, adjoined by The Lee Lounge Bar.
After dinner, Myleene will take to the Grand Piano for an intimate live performance, before a DJ set brings the evening to a lively close.
Quiet seating will be available in the Lee Lounge Bar.
The Trustees of the Old Tridents Society wish to take this opportunity to acknowledge the 50th anniversary of co-education at Trent College, as well as it being 160 years (on 3 December 2026) since the foundation stone for Trent College was laid by the Duke of Devonshire, and the Chapel built 150 years ago in memory of the school's founder, Francis Wright, from funds raised by the school community.
These moments of recognition and nostalgia make returning to Trent College very special for the Old Tridents Society; a chance to experience the school as it is today while acknowledging its rich history and revisiting some of the places that have been part of its story for generations.
