Vote on the Future Direction of the Old Tridents Society
The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) marks the next stage in the process of updating the Old Tridents Society’s Constitution.
Having gathered member feedback during the Open Forum Workshop, this meeting will provide the opportunity to formally
vote on the adoption of the new Constitution, after which the Resolution will be passed.
By aligning with a model charitable constitution, the proposed updates aim to strengthen:
Transparency and accountability
Flexibility and inclusivity
The Society’s long-term relevance and impact
This is an important moment in the Society’s development, one that will help ensure our alumni community
continues to thrive and support future generations.
